Luigi's Beam Sword is a beam sword that serves as Luigi's primary weapon. It has a green colored blade and usually possess a white core, due to Luigi's alignment with the forces of good; like any other beam sword, the core will change color if an individual of the opposite alignment aquires it.
History[]
Season Two[]
In "Two Tall Thin Men have a Fight!", Luigi uses his beam sword to battle Waluigi.
The Movie[]
In "Act II Part 3" of the film, Luigi uses his beam sword again to battle the Darkness after he tried to kill Solid Snake. The Darkness temporarily stole it from Luigi, causing it's core to instantly change from white to black. The Darkness did not carry the beam word for long, as he quickly tossed it aside and began to physically attack Luigi, forcing the latter to the ground.
Mr. L wielding the Dark Emerald Blade
In "Act II Part 4," Luigi, whose body was taken over by Nox Decious and become Mr. L, used his beam sword to battle Mario; augmented and corrupted by Decious' evil, the weapon had been transformed into the Dark Emerald Blade. Once Luigi fought back and regained control of his body, the beam sword returned to normal.
Abilities[]
Normally, Luigi's Beam Sword does not possess any noticable abilities when compared to other beam swords. However, when wielded by Mr. L, The blade was able to absorb fireballs and fire them back at the attacker. It is unknown if this was a normal ability of the beam sword, or if the ability was the result of Nox Decious' power augmenting it.
