Nox Decious[]

After barely surviving a battle with his brother Merlin, Nox Decious created the darkness in order to bind the Truth Stone to himself. ("The Super Mario Brothers") This made him immortal unless being killed by the Nether Saber. ("The Most Epic Battle EVER")
Even after his death, Decious was able to communicate with Luigi telepathically to the point of possessing him. ("Act II Part 1")
Merlin[]
Just like Decious, Merlin was able to telepathically communicate with Mario after being killed by Ganon. ("Episode 72")
Despite it's unknown if it also happened to Decious after his final death, wizards like Merlin or their father were able to become transcendental beings by merging with the universe. ("Stupid Mario Brothers: Legacy")
Wario[]
By killing Decious with the Nether Saber and obtaining the truth stone from him, Wario temporarily became immortal as he now got the stone as well as the only weapon that could still kill him. (The Most Epic Battle EVER") However he later rejected his immortality by giving the truth stone to Merlin after judging it to be too powerful. (Act II Part 3)
Ganondorf[]
When claiming the Triforce of Power, Ganon gained immortality and was nearly invulnerable, only able to die when being killed by the Master Sword. ("Episode 75")
Link[]
Link had a form of immortality as every time he died, he was reincarnated.("A "Brief" Meeting")

Darkness[]
As an artificial being, the Darkness was mistakenly believed to be immortal by Merlin, who assumed that the only way of killing the Darkness was to turn him human with the counter-curse before stabbing him with the Nether Saber. ("Act II Part 3"). However the Darkness later revealed that he has been mortal all the time. ("The Darkness Explains It All")
Blaire Vherestorm[]
After Solid Snake told Blaire Vherestorm that, after encountering Tommy Vercetti who had been resurrected by Ganon, he believed that Ganon's henchmen were immortal as Ganon would resurrect them any time they died, Blaire corrected him by telling him that Ganon would only resurrect his henchmen once, leaving them dead if they died during a task. ("Operation: Vherestorm")

The Holy Grail[]
After obtaining the Holy Grail from the Druid King's crotch, Lancelot assumed that it could grand immortality. However this was never confirmed as Arthur Pendragon smashed it immediately. ("King Arthur")
The Truth Stone[]
The Truth Stone granted immortality to anyone using it, its only weak point being the Nether Saber.
Triforce of Power[]
As mentioned above, the Triforce of Power granted immortality to Ganondorf, however it is unknown if Wrathnar was also immortal when using it. ("Stupid Mario Brothers: Legacy")
